About Us
Briana Denney - Owner
Briana has spent her entire professional career in the luxury home building industry, with a major focus on construction management in the Southern California region. She began at one of Los Angeles’ most prominent family offices, creating general contracting procedures and systems to support successful large- scale ground up homes. Briana then expanded her career to the San Diego and Orange County area, further growing her experience in design and build. That experience featured Briana’s development of effective and efficient frameworks for establishing clear expectations and facilitating exceptional communication and execution throughout the planning and building process. With a solid understanding of every aspect that goes into a build from financial, to design and building methods, and also having an extremely keen eye for detail, Briana has made a major contribution to achieving her client's goals. After experiencing throughout the process of several builds that there is a large need for owner’s representation, Briana translated her experience in 2023 by starting OnPoint Construction Consulting.
A Los Angeles native, Briana earned her degree in Interior Design at FIDM LA. Outside of OnPoint, Briana enjoys life at the beach, and spending time with her family and two children.
